At Brooklyn Flavors we respect your privacy, we will never rent, sell or give away any customer information. The information we receive during the order process is only released to those persons directly involved in the filling and shipping of the customer's order. Our site is SSL secured, so you can be confident when ordering. We accept Paypal for all credit card transactions, money orders, and personal checks. There is a $ 25.00 charge for returned checks. Sorry we cannot accept C.O.D. orders.
PRINT YOUR CONFIRMATION
You will receive a confirmation page acknowledging your transaction, shipping charges will be added. We recommend that you print out this page and keep it as your record.
RETURN POLICY
We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with any item you have purchased from us, please feel free to return it to us within 30 days if it's delivery for a full exchange or refund of the purchased price. Your return shipping cost (ground rate) through The United States Postal Service will be refunded only if the return is due to our error. In order that we may better serve you and other customers, please tell us the specific reason for your return. Include a written note informing us whether you want the item exhanged or a refund of the purchased price. If you receive damaged items you must let us know within 5 DAYS of your receipt of the shipment. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. After your return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If you used your credit card, the refund will be credited to your account. If you paid by money order or personal check, your refund will be mailed to you.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We try to keep our product information current and only list items that are in stock, but sometimes delays in updating our inventory database occur and an item is offered for sale that is no longer in stock. If an item is out of stock it may not be back ordered, due to the fact that restocking of some items may take several weeks or the manufacturer may have discontinued it. You will be notified if the item is out of stock. You may request to have us notify you when and if the item is restocked, so you may reorder it at that time.
